• It is necessary to fill out an enrollment form (download it here), and present it, along with the following required documents, during the period from August to October 12th., 2007:

• Birth certificate issued by Civil Register or Legal Certification (only for Preschool levels)
• Photocopy of grades reports from the last two school years
• Academic and behavioral references issued by former institution
• Photocopy of last two years diagnose due to learning difficulties or curricular adaptation (when adequate)
• Photocopy of the last payment receipt from the former institution (only in cases of private institutions)
• A passport size photograph attached to the enrollment form

Besides, for Preparatory and from First to Tenth Grades, payment must be made for the right to admission test (five thousand colones)

Elementary and High School students should present in the first half of January, 2008:
 

• Photocopy of Home Report (Elementary)
• Photocopy (and show the original) of the Sixth Grade Certificate (for 7th. Grade)
• Transfer certification, signed and sealed by the former college and Circuit Supervision (for 8th. to 10th. grades)

Admittance Evaluation will take place on Saturday, October 20th. of the current year, starting at 8.00 am. It includes Math, Spanish and English tests. For Preparatory and 1st. Grade it will be a performance test. The cost of the test is five thousand colones.

The fulfillment of the 2 above described procedures does not guarantee admittance of the student.

An Interview with the person in charge of Student Services Unit, must be attended by both parents and the student, and the following documentation must be presented:

○ Birth Certificate issued by the Civil Register or Legal Certification
○ Copy of the student Heath Card or updated Vaccination Card *
○ Health document
○ Audiometric and Vision test
○ Five passport size photographs

* Only for Preschool and first cycle students
 

After the interview, the institution will communicate, within the next 3 days, its decision regarding the student admittance.

Payments may be made in U.S.A dollars or in C.R. colones exchanged at the daily rate, via cash, credit card, electronic bank transfers or bank deposits to Fundación para el Desarrollo Educacional ( F.U.D.ED ) on the following Bank Accounts:

Discounts will be provided to parents with more than one child enrolled, per the following:

• One Child- full monthly tuition fee
• Two children- 10% discount on tuition
• Three children or more- 20% discount on tuition

No discounts will apply on payment for enrollment fees, books, uniforms and clubs, this benefit is exclusively applied to monthly fees. Please submit request for discount by filling the corresponding form. All discounts must be approved by the Administrative director of the school.

This benefit may be suppressed once the school year is finished)

Upon finishing registration procedures, 30 thousand colones must be paid in advance for the cost of books. The institution will deliver books in January 2008. A price list of text books and materials will be available next December.

Fees for stationery and copies will be charged only once a year at time of enrollment. Cost is ¢20000 and includes the student message book containing regulations and the education offer of the institution.
